Srini PIllay, M.D.  is the CEO of NeuroBusiness Group.  He is a Certified Master Coach who is the Chief International Expert in Neurocoaching on the International Board of Coaching.  His specialty focus in coach-training spans four principal specialties: (1) Burnout and Layoffs; (2) Stress Management and Implications for people and their businesses; (3) The Practical Use of Neuroscience in Coaching; (4) Leadership Development.  Dr. Pillay was the top medical student, and an award-winning psychiatrist trained at Harvard Medical School.  He was also the Director of the Anxiety Disorders Program at McLean Hospital, Harvard’s largest psychiatric training hospital and is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at Harvard Medical School.  Dr. Pillay has seventeen years of experience in brain imaging and was an NIMH and NARSAD funded researcher prior to writing on the intersection of neuroscience and business.
